Not only do you have a nicer home to sell, you will get more interested buyers if it is set up properly. I can't stress enough how important it is to do this before listing your home on the market. After this 30 minute meeting you can purchase the Staging Guide to prepare your home on your own. The guide is only $75.00. A Great Value if you want to do the work yourself. • Detailed Consultation – This meeting covers everything that needs to be done to showcase your home at its best. We start at the curb and evaluate your house from every angle, even down to the closets. It usually takes 1.5 to 2 hrs.to fill out the booklet together. You receive the 80 page Guide with a check list of to-do items for your house. This service is a very affordable $200.00. The fee from the consultation is included in this price. • Open House Prep - We do a quick spruce up of your house so it will show at its best. This includes addition of specifically placed accessories, props and sensory enhancements to encourage buyers to linger. These are then removed after the open house. This service is priced on a case by case basis starting at $100.00. Staging SeminarsI am available to do a Staging Seminar for your group. You will learn more about Staging and what it can do for your home sales.The Power Point presentation takes about 30 minutes followed by a question and answer period.
